Perry- Our loving husband, father, son, brother and friend, Cameron William Neil, passed away suddenly from heart failure , February 25, 2018. Cameron was born on September 11, 1976, to Gaylene Burr and James Alma Neil Jr. He was raised in West Jordan where he attended school in the Jordan School District. Cameron met his loving wife, Janeen Larsen, and fell madly in love. They were married September 30, 2011. They were blessed with two adorable children, Brooks (6) and Anistyn (1). Cameron was a member of the Perry 5th Ward of the LDS Church. As a child he loved being part of the Boy Scout program and was looking forward to participating in scouting with his son, Brooks. Cameron collected stamps and antique train sets. He enjoyed camping, fishing, four wheeling, building and racing remote control cars, attending races at RMR. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family. They were his whole world and he cherished every moment with them. Cameron had a big heart, was kind to everyone, and befriended everyone with open conversations about life, his wife and especially his two kids. He was so proud to be a dad. Cameron is survived by his wife; children; parents; in-laws, Alice & Lavell Larsen; siblings, Jason (Adrienne), Brian (Sherrie), Corey, Tiffany (Karl) Perkes, Hillary (Bryce) Tolbert; and many nieces and nephews that he loved. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William Leonard & Geneal Major Burr, James Alma Sr. & Evalyn Terry Neil. The family offers a special thanks to all of the first responders and medical personnel at the hospitals. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Perry 5th Ward, 2415 Park Drive, at 1:00pm. Viewings will be held at the same church on Friday, March 2, from 6-8pm and again on Saturday from 12-12:40pm. Send condolences to www.gilliesfuneralchapel.com.
