Micheal Jay Yoder

Micheal Jay Yoder, a cherished father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, in Perry, Utah. Born on February 17, 1952, in Ogden, Utah, to Beverly and Harvey Yoder.

Micheal proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He carried these values throughout his life.

He is survived by his loving mother, Beverly Yoder; his sons, Justin Yoder and Kevin Snow; his daughter, Shelly Walker; his sisters, Julie Giordano and Sandy Edmond; his brothers, Randy Yoder and Roger Yoder; as well as 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren..

Micheal was known for his passion for fishing and coin collecting, and playing the guitar. He found tranquility in the great outdoors and took pride in his collection, often sharing stories that brought smiles and laughter to his family.

Micheal is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Yoder; his brother, Rick Yoder; and his daughter, Amber Yoder. While his absence will be profoundly felt,  the memories he created will continue to live. 

There will be a celebration of life for family held at a later date.
